Liposuction surgery

This post is somewhat emotional to say the least. Why emotional you might be asking? Well, it is because I am declaring to the world that I have decided to have liposuction surgery done to myself. Not because I am vain (though it probably is..) but I simply wanted to feel more confident about myself.

It wasn’t an easy decision, especially it involves a surgery. Not many people actually like the idea of visiting the hospital voluntarily. Right? But the moment I thought to myself that I was contemplating liposuction.. I was pretty much committed. I researched the topic for months! Oh heck, it might even be for a year of researching the topic.  Searching for liposuction Perth on the search engine, day in and day out. Since I will be having the procedure done in Perth where one of my family member happen to be living. So it is like a But I have decided (with a great deal of confidence) that I will go ahead with it.

For many of you out there might be thinking, what is liposuction all about anyways? Well let me try to explain to the best of my ability. Of course, the content is based on what I found on the internet. So if there are any errors, I apologise in advance because I am not a medical expert! Just someone trying to share my big decisions in life with the world!

In a nutshell, the points below is a summary of what I have learned about the liposuction procedure:

  • It is what many would say an invasive form of surgery whereby deposits of fat are removed.
  • Contrary to many beliefs, liposuction is most likely to be successful for people with a healthy weight range.
  • If you talk to many doctors out there, most will definitely say that it is by no means the procedure is a substitute for healthy diet and exercise.
  • If you do decide to have it done, make sure you discuss with a health professional. In particular discussing the risks and benefits. Also what the likely outcome is after getting it done.

Practical versus aesthetics

In this modern age when people are always on the lookout for Instagram-worthy stuff, trendy things and fancy places, do you go for practicality or aesthetics? These two elements often get in competition since there are times that you just can’t combine them.

More often, we convince ourselves to buy things or not to buy things because that’s the practical thing to do. But our passion for functionality sometimes crashes our love for beauty in various forms. Well, that’s the irony of it.

We can apply it in different aspects of life. From the clothes, we wear to our accessories and bags. We seldom use things that we believe do not look good on us despite them being the practical option. But again, one wouldn’t care less if he has an old phone or gadget as long as it serves them well.

How It Affects Us

Architects were taught in school that in developing structures, functionality should come first. It acts as an important design vision: form follows function. However, some clients tend to insist on dropping such principle and focusing more on the aesthetics.

Same thing goes when shopping for furniture at home. One is always struggling if they will go for a functional sofa over a stylish chair. More often, we found ourselves in a situation when we have to choose between what is practical and what is aesthetically pleasing.

Marketers and designers often get caught in the issue of what is more meaningful when creating a product: practicality or aesthetics? Will people give importance to beauty or sustainability? The answer varies.

However, we are now in a generation where everything seems to be hype-trends. According to surveys and research, most of the time, the consumer’s loyalty, and purchasing decisions are driven more by the product’s appearance than practical concerns. Beauty resonates more and appeals on the emotional level. Hence, customers associate them with brands.

In the context of web design, one should ensure that all the clients’ requirements are present in the website without sacrificing aesthetics.

In artworks like paintings, plays, and poems, we have the sole purpose of giving aesthetic experiences. But in industrial design and architecture, things were created with the primary intention of practical function and utility. Combining the elements raise the crucial issue of how they are related to each other.

The next time you’ll find yourself struggling what to choose, think long and hard. We believe that we can meet halfway and practice being practical while still enjoying beautiful things. After all, we only live once to get stressed about it.

Most of us have plenty of things to attend to so we just can’t always make time to check if we exceed the trailer mass whenever we put rubbish in it. Reduce the risk of dragging dirt, damaging your car or having a puncture and let the skip bins make the job easier for you.

Likewise, organic wastes tend to rot and emits foul odor after some time as it gets exposed to various conditions. Hence, they should be locked and kept away and skip bins can provide that service. What makes a good worker

A good worker is an asset to the company. Every employees dream is to have good or hard workers who will make his business to be a success at low costs. What makes a good worker may vary from person to person but it is all along the lines of good behaviour and professionalism. When you live for a strong purpose hard work becomes a necessity not an option. Being a hard worker takes more than doing good when people are looking or doing good for only a certain time. Although there are bad days for everyone but being a good worker means less of those and making sure you are always or the right track.

A good worker is the one who does not waste the company’s resources and is extra careful about what they do. Wasting company’s resources includes using materials in not what they are intended for or mismanaging resources for example in construction cutting of material yet there is another piece that you can get the size of material you want from. A good worker is extra careful and by this reduces the level of incidents that occur in the company saving the company a lot of money and distress. Working carefully also includes reading all the manuals before using machinery and following the orgasational policies and procedures for example work health and safety precautions such as wearing helmets.

Furthermore, a good worker respects the company, his or her employees and treats other people with kindness and fairness. Respecting also includes small things such as turning up to work on time, not leaving before time or notifying your supervisor if late or absent and low levels of absenteeism. A good worker reports anything that happens within the company and if not happy address the issue according the hierarchy of control and diplomatically.

A company’s customers service is the face to the public hence a good worker is kind and always willing to help the clients with anything they need to know or get. He goes an extra mile in providing top quality services and makes sure clients questions are answered and that they are satisfied always. A good worker will treat everyone with justice regardless to their colour culture or background. They do not discriminate their colleagues or clients and uphold high standards of the company always.

He works well in a group and has good communication skills including listening to other people and talking less valuing other people’s suggestions. He can voice his opinion with no need to fight with other employees or supervisor. They participate in group works and not belittle others. They help other team members for greatest results to be achieved.

A good worker has a positive attitude. Someone with a positive attitude believes in doing things right to achieve the greatest outcome at low costs. They accept that ta times you can lose but they do not easily give up and are always up for a new challenge.
