This post is somewhat emotional to say the least. Why emotional you might be asking? Well, it is because I am declaring to the world that I have decided to have liposuction surgery done to myself. Not because I am vain (though it probably is..) but I simply wanted to feel more confident about myself.
It wasn’t an easy decision, especially it involves a surgery. Not many people actually like the idea of visiting the hospital voluntarily. Right? But the moment I thought to myself that I was contemplating liposuction.. I was pretty much committed. I researched the topic for months! Oh heck, it might even be for a year of researching the topic. Searching for liposuction Perth on the search engine, day in and day out. Since I will be having the procedure done in Perth where one of my family member happen to be living. So it is like a But I have decided (with a great deal of confidence) that I will go ahead with it.
For many of you out there might be thinking, what is liposuction all about anyways? Well let me try to explain to the best of my ability. Of course, the content is based on what I found on the internet. So if there are any errors, I apologise in advance because I am not a medical expert! Just someone trying to share my big decisions in life with the world!
In a nutshell, the points below is a summary of what I have learned about the liposuction procedure:
- It is what many would say an invasive form of surgery whereby deposits of fat are removed.
- Contrary to many beliefs, liposuction is most likely to be successful for people with a healthy weight range.
- If you talk to many doctors out there, most will definitely say that it is by no means the procedure is a substitute for healthy diet and exercise.
- If you do decide to have it done, make sure you discuss with a health professional. In particular discussing the risks and benefits. Also what the likely outcome is after getting it done.
